Paul Vander Vort has joined Cascadia Capital as a managing director in its Information Technology Practice. He joins Cascadia Capital from Marks Baughan & Co., where he was a Managing Director specializing in IT transactions in Governance, Risk, Compliance and Legal technology.

Paul has nearly 20 years of transactional experience. He joins Cascadia Capital from Marks Baughan & Co., where he was a Managing Director specializing in IT transactions in Governance, Risk, Compliance and Legal technology. Prior to joining Marks Baughan, Paul was Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for the Legal Division of Thomson Reuters. During his tenure at Thomson Reuters, Paul and his team successfully closed more than 20 transactions. Paul also brings several years of experience as a corporate attorney working on M&A and private equity transactions for national and international corporations.
