Melanoma Know More, a Cincinnati-based skin cancer awareness advocacy group, will hold monthly free skin cancer screening clinics to the general public during 2013 to offer early detection and education about melanoma.??
"Since skin cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in the United States, Melanoma Know More wants to make sure everyone has an opportunity to be screened for free," said Leanne Marie Blair, executive director. "Our skin cancer screenings have been very well received, and we are thrilled to be able to offer them again in 2013."???
Free screening clinics will be held the second Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. until noon.
**Patients who make an appointment are asked to keep the appointment or call at the earliest convenience to cancel.???
